Leave Behind Card Design
Fred's Appliance Service is a Tri-fold design. Picking the bi-fold design may limit how much information can be displayed.
If you have other marketing material, like magnets and business cards, we can handle gluing the material to each Leave Behind Card. We use a glue that's similar to what's found on gift cards.
A Leave Behind Card is a great place to remind and encourage customers to leave a review online. Online reviews cannot be adjusted and consumers need a reminder and guidance to leave a positive review.
We ship parts directly to the customer and reschedule the customer while still in the home based on the availability of the part. Please explain if you handle it differently. We like to put a place to explain to a customer what is the next step in getting their appliance repaired if it's not a first call complete.
Service call, parts, and labor
We add a quick way to notate issues with the environment like power issues, water hookups, venting, etc. We'll setup our initial list and then we'll add/remove based on your suggestions.
